A paper has been brought to our attention by the Federation of Wellington Progressive and Residents Associations. It proposes ideas on local government reform in Wellington.
The paper is an initiative by a group of Wellington regional councillors to start a conversation in the Wellington region about our local government effectiveness and any potential changes that could be made to improve it.
